Very much a team player David is also willing to take a lead when required and work on his own initiative. David’s commitment and overall performance has been genuinely excellent.
In all cases David’s achievements exceeded expectations by some degree. A key indicator of his exemplary work in e-learning has been the very positive feedback he has received from colleagues and trainees alike.
David has invested considerable time (including his own free time) in developing and refining new materials across a number of projects and has always responded quickly and proactively to comments and suggestions from colleagues, team members and end-users.
The last month or so we have worked more directly with each other than ever and I have been inspired by your ability and commitment to get it done.
Thank you for your patience and for your creativity - your working "environment" belies your potential!
